We provide a platform where Members can develop initiatives, Ambassadors can inspire and support others, Directors can expand the movement across regions and countries, and Partners can help create new opportunities for the next generation of changemakers. Together, we are building an international network united by leadership, collaboration, and purpose.

Every initiative has the potential to inspire others, strengthen communities, and contribute to a global movement driven by kindness, innovation, and action. Become a member
A Member is anyone who joins Smile Project to create meaningful initiatives, make a positive impact in their community, and become part of a global movement driven by action. Members are encouraged to develop their own projects under the Smile Project identity, transforming ideas into real initiatives that benefit others. Whether it is organizing a local event, supporting a charitable cause, launching a community campaign, or creating a completely new project, every initiative contributes to the mission of spreading positivity around the world. At Smile Project, we believe that great ideas deserve the opportunity to grow. That is why we will support you throughout the process, helping you refine your idea, develop your project, and bring it to life with the resources, guidance, and community behind Smile Project. Members proudly represent the organization by displaying the Smile Project logo during approved initiatives, helping build a globally recognized movement united by kindness, creativity, and purpose. A Member is the foundation of Smile Project. Members join a global community dedicated to turning ideas into meaningful initiatives that create a positive impact. Every project, no matter its size, contributes to building a movement driven by kindness, creativity, and action. As a Member, you can create and lead your own initiatives under the Smile Project identity while proudly displaying the Smile Project logo during approved projects and activities. You will receive guidance and support from our community to help develop your ideas, connect with like-minded people around the world, and turn your vision into reality. Every initiative you create becomes part of a growing global network of positive change. Anyone can become a Member. No previous experience or qualifications are required—only the willingness to take action and make a difference. If you have an idea that can positively impact others, Smile Project is here to help you bring it to life.

Become an ambassador
An Ambassador is a selected member who represents Smile Project and coordinates Members across a specific school, city, community, or area. Ambassadors help organise local activity, support new initiatives, and ensure that Members have the guidance they need to develop their projects. As an Ambassador, you will lead and connect Members within your assigned area, help them turn their ideas into action, promote collaboration, and represent Smile Project at local events and initiatives. You may also identify new opportunities, welcome new Members, and communicate progress to the wider leadership team. Ambassador roles are not automatically granted. To apply, you must first be an active Smile Project Member and demonstrate commitment, responsibility, and the ability to support others. Applications are reviewed to ensure that each Ambassador is prepared to represent the organisation and lead their local community effectively.

Become a director
A Director is an experienced leader responsible for overseeing Ambassadors within a city, region, or country. Directors ensure that Smile Project continues to grow by coordinating local leadership, supporting new initiatives, and maintaining the organisation's standards across their area. As a Director, you will manage and mentor Ambassadors, help expand Smile Project into new communities, oversee ongoing projects, and work closely with the Global Executive Team to achieve the organisation's mission. Directors play a key role in building strong local networks and ensuring that every Ambassador has the resources and support needed to succeed. Director positions are available by application or appointment and are reserved for outstanding Ambassadors who have consistently demonstrated leadership, commitment, and the ability to guide others. Only experienced Ambassadors are considered for this role, ensuring that every Director has first-hand experience leading within Smile Project.

Become a partner
A Partner is an institution that collaborates with Smile Project to empower young people and support meaningful initiatives within its community. Partner organisations share our values and help create opportunities for Members to develop projects with real social impact. As a Partner, your institution becomes part of the Smile Project network, providing a platform for students or members to launch initiatives, participate in community projects, and connect with a growing international movement. Partners may host events, support local Chapters, encourage student participation, and collaborate on projects that align with the mission of Smile Project. Partnerships are established through an application and review process to ensure a strong alignment of values and objectives. We welcome schools, universities, charities, companies, and other organisations that are committed to inspiring the next generation of changemakers.
